Beyond impressed with Green Oak Dental Center and their entire team! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm and welcoming. The reception team greeted me with kindness, and the hygienists and dentists were incredibly professional—they made me feel comfortable so I could easily put my trust in them. The clinic is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. They even found an issue my previous dentist completely missed! Everything was explained to me step by step, which I truly appreciated. A special thank you to Zira for her professionalism and genuine kindness toward my mother. She actually looks forward to her appointments just to see you and Dr. Falak! Overall, I’m extremely happy with the care we received. Highly recommend, truly a dream team. ~ Drea

Dr. Falak's expertise was evident from the start - she took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and gums and explain her findings in a way that was easy to understand. She also provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. But what really stood out is the fact that She has a gentle touch and a calming presence that made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I live in the area and have seen this dental for a while. I was looking for a new dentist as I was unhappy with where I previously was. One of those Dental groups that were nice but maybe not super skilled. Everyone at this dental clinic was so professional and so kind. The bill seemed to be extremely fair and they didn't charge me for every piece of advice they offered. I cannot say enough about the team, Dr. Falak (so amazing), Zira, Zina & Annika. There was another male Dr. that I cannot recall his name but gave me advice on an implant. So professional... all of them. I had a tooth that I cracked and sadly had to be pulled. I was nervous beyond belief but Dr. Falik made it ok. 6 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. ~ Chris C

I recently was referred to this dentist by a good friend. I had previously gone to another clinic (at eastgate) and had horrible experiences. I LOVE my new dentist!!! I was so impressed at how beautiful & clean their office + exam rooms were and the dentist Dr. Falak Al-Rubaye, her dental assistant and the girls at the reception/check in are all so wonderful!! Every time I am there, they are all smiles. Everyone is kind, caring and compassionate. You are treated like a human being and not like a number!! That is #1 priority for me. Also most employees (if not all) are bilingual. P.S. They offer direct billing & payment plans for anyone that needs them. Will be referring my friends and family here!! I never write review but my grand daughter insist that I shared my experience with this dental office. Let me first start with the front office staff. Where to begin, the two ladies at the front desk are so beautiful, they were very welcoming, and super friendly. As senior who does know much about technology, they help me fill my new patient form and got information about my insurance for my appointment. Secondly, the female doctor, I think her name is Dr Falak. She was very knowledgeable and you could tell she loves what she does and have been doing it for a while. I always had a fear of the dentist but she definitely removed all my fear. Love this office ~ Vilma S

I don't usually leave long reviews but here we are. Let's start. I've been avoiding seeing a dentist for a while . I've had some really nasty experiences in the past, which I hate to admit but fear and pain are involved. From the first warm visit to the last I'm finally happy and excited to go see the dentist. My confidence is finally back. I finally have a smile I always wanted. From the front staff to the hygienist who are amazing people. Finally Dr.Falak and Zira words can't describe the kindness and professionalism that I experienced. By far the best experience I've ever had. Amazing place!!! Thank you all!!! ~ Samir C

After many years of having missing teeth and not being able to eat properly, Dr. Mohammed Al Hamami has finally fix my sister’s teeth. She can now smile without being embarrassed about her teeth. As a senior on a fixed income, Dr Mo made it financially possible for her to smile again!! Dr. Mo is a very kind and caring dentist who went out of his way to assure my sister had her partial plates done in a very timely manner. As well, he has a very friendly and courteous staff. My sister, Mary Aileen, could not be happier with the service she received at Green Oak Dental Centre, 754 Queenston Road, Hamilton and would highly recommend them. ~ Therese M

After seeing numerous dentists and specialist, who said they weren't able to remove a part of an old bridge, Dr. Mo (as he is fondly referred to) removed the pin in no time. I would describe him as a perfectionist, kind, and fair dentist, after making and placing an entire lower denture on implants. I was very happy with his work and price. Hamilton is very lucky to welcome Dr. Mohamed Al Hamami and his wife, Dr. Falak Al-Rubaye, who is a highly rated surgeon and wonderful with children, at their practice called Green Oak Dental Center in East Hamilton. Hi, if you have anxiety when it comes to dentist as I did you just got to the right place. Just look at Dr Falak picture and you will see the kindness in her eyes. Dr Falak and Dr Moe are very gentle, experienced professionals. Also all the staff in their office is so nice and kind. Dr Falak will tell you that she treats her patience as a family members and she does !!! If you need partial denture or denture dr Moe is specialist in this matter. My experience here with Dr. Alaa was amazing. I normally have a fear of dentists being too rough but she was perfect and very gentle. Out of everyone, she administered the numbing needle so gently that I barely felt it going in which was very impressive to me because I normally feel pain when others do it. The situation with my teeth was very complicated and I had the most difficult fillings but she took her time with them and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. During the session she kept letting me know what was going on and making sure I’m not in pain but what impressed me the most was that she did everything in her power to make sure I didn’t have to get a root canal, even if it took her more time and effort with the tooth. Now a few days later, I’m feeling a lot of relief and now I’m very optimistic about going back to getting the rest of my teeth done. I’m happy I found Dr. Alaa, she is amazing and a wonderful dentist and I don’t feel any worry or fear about going back to finish my treatments. Definitely recommend this place and especially Dr. Alaa ~ ayah b

All staff are very pleasant and kind, always willing to work with you. Dr. Lara and Zira were quick, efficient, as gentle as you can be, and obviously competent in their care. Very cool to learn some natural ingredients that stood the test of time are still incorporated in their oral care and hygiene practices. Nice to have transparency to understand what's happening/being used. Informative with good clinical etiquette. No complaints. Great vibe! ~ Chayson B

I went to Green Oak Dental today with my 7 year old daughter. The entire staff is amazing. My daughter had her cavity fixed, and she was so happy that she felt no pain to the point where she told me she can't wait to go back😂. As for Me, I usually have a fear from going to the dentist due to past traumas but Dr. Alaa was so gentle, I still can't believe how comfortable I was. I have been seeing Dr.falak for years now. She is so gentle and thorough. I trust her with all my dental works. Her assistants are all so nice, and sweet. They are very professional and clean. I have so much confidence walking in the dental office and walking out. Dr. Falak is by far the best I've ever had working on my teeth. My first visit at this office, the ladies at the front helped me book the appointment and got my insurance information and told me , what I was eligible for. The doctor was very gentle and efficient. This place is really good for any dental work needed. Dr. Alaa made my visit very smooth and she is very experienced and knowledgeable. In my 50 years this is the best dentist I have ever been to. I used to fight alot when I was younger so my teeth were badly chipped and broken. They fixed what they could short of putting a crown in.
